Thanks very much all for a really nice stay for a business trip. We stayed in the king room with well stocked refreshments and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location was good - 500 metres away from Venue.

Nice situation overlooking a park.
Very dated stuck in the '80s hotel. The front of it had been a large car showroom and still looked like one. Ideal for elderly visitors but old fashioned for others. The leisure facilities the website said were available in another hotel were not advertised or explained at the hotel. Internet access cost £10 for 24 hours and was via an unsecured network!! this was a rip off.

This is a great hotel with classic facilities, i.e. lovely lounge area with bar and great service in the restaurant. Great for touring, and business.
Rooms were on small side but had every comfort.

Very well located for the town with covered on-site parking. Also the single room was upgraded to a double at no extra cost.
One staff member less than friendly.

Absolutely loved my stay! The room was spacious and cozy, perfect for just kicking back after a long day. The garden had a lovely seating area and a peaceful space for morning coffee. Just a minor thing, but the hot water took a bit to heat up, though it didn't ruin the overall experience! 😊
